Poulet Sans Tête is inspired by the generations-old French tradition of the rotisserie chicken dinner. We specialize in the fundamentals of both cooking and service: simple, unfussy food and friendly accommodating service.  Our menu is suited for group dining, family dining, and solo dining: when you want delicious, nutritious meals with zero hassle.  

  • boldly seasoned, 3 ½ pound spit-roasted chickens
  • vegetables cooked to order with extra virgin olive oil
  • salads, soups, sides and sauces, all prepared in house from whole ingredients
  • our Upper West Side location is entirely NUT-FREE

A whole chicken can feed up to four people, with five to seven sides.  

Everything is made fresh daily, and most everything is cooked fresh to order.  All of it will keep well in the fridge for a long time and keep you fed for days. 

Poulet Sans Tête was established in 2018, and continues to operate as a "take-out", from our sister restaurant Left Bank, in the West Village.
