PST is our rotisserie chicken delivery from Left Bank restaurant in the west village. Everything is made from scratch, there are no jars or cans of anything.
Happy animals, and sourcing everything we use responsibly, is big part of our culture. We buy antibiotic and hormone free, preservative and by product free chickens, from a small, 4th generation poultry farm in Pennsylvania. We buy local for delicious, healthy products, and to keep the money in the community!
A whole chicken can feed four people with five or six sides. We shouldn't recommend one side over another, but the potatoes are roasted in a rotisserie basket underneath the dripping chickens. The chicken and vegetable soup is a simple and clean "mom style" soup with big chunks of meat and vegetables, and some dill.
Our PST salad is a mix of fresh greens, endive and radicchio with a dijon-sherry vinaigrette. Add on warm pulled chicken and a vegetable to make it a meal.
Our sandwiches are made with the same love as everything else. The baguette sandwich is toasted garlic bread and pulled chicken with a lot of jus, like a French Dip, but we pack it up separately so the bread doesn't get soggy!
We deliver up to 3 miles from Left Bank, and we’re open 7 days a week. Monday through Friday from 5:00 to 10:00 pm. Saturday and Sunday from noon to 10:00 pm.
